Associate Research Engineer (Newark, NJ): assist in researching and developing various polymer materials in foaming processing and combustible materials, conduct scientific experiments to evaluate and enhance certain polymer material properties; perform material engineering studies as part of development process. Analyze experimental results and prepare formal technical report. Req: Bachelor’s degree or equiv. in Material Science, Material Engineering or related. Strong research skills with polymer materials development, synthesis, polymer chemistry, and polymer processing. Solid knowledge of polymer analytical techniques of physical properties (e.g. DSC, TGA, DMTA, Tensile Testing, Rheometer, SEM, XRD, etc).
